Nicholas Harrom

Nicholas Harrom is an associate attorney with KD Law, PLLP, whose practice areas include Banking, Bankruptcy, Business Representation, Commercial Transaction, and Real Estate. Nick’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions, business creditors, and other clients in commercial transactions and litigation. Nick is committed to providing practical, detail-oriented legal counsel while working closely with clients to achieve efficient and effective solutions.

Nick grew up in Bemidji, MN and graduated from Bemidji High School in 2017. Nick earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Science Education from North Dakota State University in 2021. While attending North Dakota State University, Nick participated in Lincoln Speech and Debate Society, Men’s Club Volleyball, and National Honor Society.

Nick received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2026. During law school, he was a member of the Student Trial Lawyer Association and served as Treasurer of the Men’s Club Volleyball Team. He also gained practical legal experience through internships and summer associate positions in North Dakota and Minnesota where he conducted legal research, drafted memoranda on various legal issues, and drafted agreements, motions, and pleadings.

Outside the office, Nick enjoys being on the lake, hunting, playing volleyball, snowboarding, and spending time with friends and family.
